great job.

Im happy to see you decided to redo it. It did doing much better then the previos version. Just goes to show much impact simple things like the tutorial levels and a little touch ups here and there can do. But i still hate the boost jump thing. I never go high enough. What is the trick to them? i still cant get past the lava part on acount of the boosters being gay. But great job.

I think your hitting space twice by accident or something or you might be holding it too long. If you only hit jump once it'll take you to the real hieght. Thats the only thing i can imagine being wrong with them.

Great game.

I loved playing it. Damn nice game. The only thing i had a problem with was trying to shoot ships that got a little close. Its hard to find the right depth to shoot them and they end of up hiting me because im trying to shoot them but not hitting them. Its kinda wierd. But the game turned out great. The 3D is realistic and i like how the "worm hole" changes as you move around. Your games keep getting better and better. So are there any more comming out???

I'm awaiting inspiration. I do intend to take the whole 3D thing a lot further, but I need to learn it first...

Sound really does make it better.

I have to say i played this version alot longer then the other one. The music just spers (spelling?) you on to play more. I will attempt at making the top score board here soon. i will be playing Skydrive, may favorite one. And by reading some of the reviews i can see some people did not come to realize that you can control the sheep and stuff. Good game. :>

Yeah, Skydrive is my favourite too.
As for people not realising - well, it's all there on the title screen. I have no instant cure for illiteracy =D

Amazing skill.

I can barely get a square to move along the screen with API let alone make a game as complicated as this. Your skill in API amazes me. You caught on so fast and you do a great job with it. I do have to say, sound would have been nice. Not alot of sound, but something. Im sure filesize would not be a problem. Lots of room for sounds. So whgen you get around to finishing up your 3D space shooter, try to add some sound effects in there. make it a much funner game.

THANK YOU for the positive review. I think I will attempt to get some sounds into Dart before I submit it. The reason I'm trying to keep the filesize down is because I've been contracted by GoG to make 10 API/KB games; I guess the general viewing public just don't appreciate the purist approach.

Great stuff

Its a great game, but its possible to make it through button mashing. At least for the first 10-15 minuts or so. The thing that i liked about AH is it required alot of skill. You needed to use all of his moves to win. This game i find has much better graphics and sounds, but i dont think the gameplay was as good as AH. Amazing job with the animation Dan. And no matter how old your style is, i will always love it.

I found this game to be very fun actually. I beat it. There are alot of things you could work on though. Work on your physics and put some freaken sound in. lol. Good job.

Great job with this. I might have to look into exacly what API is. I never did get the concept, but heard of it multiple times. Some sound would have been nice. But otherwise great game.

It's basically drawing shapes with lines and curves, using AS, and filling them. So long as you understand co-ordinates and color hex codes, you'll be fine. Most of the stuff here was made using _root.createEmptyMovieClip, and then using WITH (MCName) to do the drawing. There really aren't that many API commands (<10?), so check out -liam-'s AS: API thread and have a play with it. Once you get into it, it's quite fun.

It looked alright and everything, but it didi not cover much, mostly just when slgithly into things. For advanced motion tween you could have when into moving joints and motion guids. Something more at least. And what was the point of showing people how to blur in Fireworks? isn't it a flash tutorial.

I keep getting stuck on corners tryint doge thing. lol. And i cant believe that dude redid a freaken slipknot song. I mean, redoing Down with the sickness was enough, now this.

With the things that i helped you with this game coulda had a much better score. To bad you did not submit this a few days later eh. Good job with it though.
