Well done.

The music fit very well. Some nice effects on the splatter as well, i thought it looked very appealing and almost felt like a real splatter. Poor little guy. Anyway, i had some fun with this one, as with all of your others, mainly for thier originality. The combination of dressup and chance games like this was neat.

But remember, i still expect a top 50 out of you one of these days. ; )

Denvish responds:

Thanks =)
Yeah, I don't think an API game will ever get top 50, so I need to start working with 'proper' graphics I suppose. Depending on how things go IRL, I might actually do some work on my RPG at some point soon

Origonal and Addicting

Time for yet another review. Like most all of your games, this one was origonal and looked great for being done API. I really really did not like the pruple and pink ones. For some reason i could not tell the difference. You should have chosen more varied colours. I love the gameplay. Its simple and easy to catch on to, but diverse at the same time, taking on more then just one element. I loves it. I finnaly got the hang of API, but as far as making full games with it, i just cant find the inspiration. Good lcuk with your next projects, cant wai tot see what you floating around in your head for next time.

PS: Im releasing my first deacent game to NG in the next month or so, so watch outs for it.

Denvish responds:

I will watch outs for it ;)
Thanks for the review

Dont really need it

This sort of thing can be taught with words fairly fast. No reason to have a tut. And you did something wrong anyway. Next time, make sure you have the registration point of scope in the middle, not at the top. Good luck with your future projects.

Fatdollie responds:

thank you

Very well done.

It was a very good game. I did not like it a whole lot at first, but got hooked and played for like 15 min (more then i normally play flash games). You had a good artist for this. Fit the game very well. I would have rathered something like using space to toggle the presents and coal. Took me a while to get used to using x and c. Good luck with future games.

Denvish responds:

Yeah, cicla did a great job with the graphics. Toggling between coal/gift with one key would have made sense, I wish I'd thought of that before I submitted. Glad you enjoyed it, anyway :)

Great stuff

The game is not as addictive as some of your other games, but creating an addictive game is a kind of gamble anyway. The controls were easy and everything seemed to flow well. I cant even tell the difference between real drawings and your API any more. Your getting crazy good at it. It was API was it not?

Great job. And you scared the shit out of me with the face.

Denvish responds:

Heh. No, it's not API this time, it possibly could have been, but I wanted to get this out for Halloween and drawing everything in API takes too long.

Yaaah for Ssilver!!!!

Good job. The sound are very good. You win teh interweb!!

Ssilver7 responds:

HURRAY FOR ME. I R TEH WINNER!.

great job.

Im happy to see you decided to redo it. It did doing much better then the previos version. Just goes to show much impact simple things like the tutorial levels and a little touch ups here and there can do. But i still hate the boost jump thing. I never go high enough. What is the trick to them? i still cant get past the lava part on acount of the boosters being gay. But great job.

The-Mercenary responds:

I think your hitting space twice by accident or something or you might be holding it too long. If you only hit jump once it'll take you to the real hieght. Thats the only thing i can imagine being wrong with them.

Great game.

I loved playing it. Damn nice game. The only thing i had a problem with was trying to shoot ships that got a little close. Its hard to find the right depth to shoot them and they end of up hiting me because im trying to shoot them but not hitting them. Its kinda wierd. But the game turned out great. The 3D is realistic and i like how the "worm hole" changes as you move around. Your games keep getting better and better. So are there any more comming out???

Denvish responds:

I'm awaiting inspiration. I do intend to take the whole 3D thing a lot further, but I need to learn it first...
Thanks for the review, see you on the BBS =)

Sound really does make it better.

I have to say i played this version alot longer then the other one. The music just spers (spelling?) you on to play more. I will attempt at making the top score board here soon. i will be playing Skydrive, may favorite one. And by reading some of the reviews i can see some people did not come to realize that you can control the sheep and stuff. Good game. :>

Denvish responds:

Yeah, Skydrive is my favourite too.
As for people not realising - well, it's all there on the title screen. I have no instant cure for illiteracy =D

Amazing skill.

I can barely get a square to move along the screen with API let alone make a game as complicated as this. Your skill in API amazes me. You caught on so fast and you do a great job with it. I do have to say, sound would have been nice. Not alot of sound, but something. Im sure filesize would not be a problem. Lots of room for sounds. So whgen you get around to finishing up your 3D space shooter, try to add some sound effects in there. make it a much funner game.

Denvish responds:

THANK YOU for the positive review. I think I will attempt to get some sounds into Dart before I submit it. The reason I'm trying to keep the filesize down is because I've been contracted by GoG to make 10 API/KB games; I guess the general viewing public just don't appreciate the purist approach.
